The Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA) competition is the premier awards program for the international medical technology community. The Gold MDEA Award was presented to Adiri and Whipsaw at a ceremony during the Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) East Conference and Exposition in New York on June 4, 2008.
