Created by founder of Smashing Katie, Angela Schmidt admits sharing stories of her own neurotic behavior was actually quite therapeutic during the end of her 8 year relationship. Schmidt States, "Bask in the glory of others peoples' breakups because you are not the only weirdo magnet on the planet. No, no, rest assured you are merely a dingy in a sea of weird men and women."
Schmidt Continues, "Somehow acknowledging my own bad behavior freed me to be me. I no longer needed to hide who I was or feel badly about being human. I finally discovered my place in the world and no longer reside in the box my Ex custom built for me."
