The Bandwidth Conference announced today that 42 Entertainment (http://www.42entertainment.com) -- the industry leader and pioneer in producing ARGs (alternate reality games) across multiple platforms -- will be added to the Bandwidth Conference speaker lineup. Susan Bonds, President & CEO, and Alex Lieu, Chief Creative Officer, will take the stage on Thursday, August 14th for an interview session. The Pasadena-based agency designed a groundbreaking experience to generate buzz around the much-anticipated Nine Inch Nails album Year Zero. Launched in 2007, this award-winning ARG played out across multiple mediums and platforms, and began with the discovery of a phone number on a tour t-shirt that ultimately led fans through a series of websites and trans-media assets to an alternate reality future.

The Bandwidth Conference is geared at professionals in the music, technology and media worlds and takes place August 14 and 15, 2008 in San Francisco. Bandwidth explores the evolving musical experience, with panels on marketing, fan behavior, trends and future forecasts, and an examination of the ways people discover, purchase, interact with, and are exposed to music.
