Today saw the launch of the real-time mobile product suite for Sage -- In-Motion by STN (http://www.mobilesage.com).

Over the past four years STN has been building a complete mobile software suite for Sage ERP and CRM products. The platform is based on a GPRS over GSM transfer platform, built by STN that allows for more than 12MB of data to be transferred over GPRS within a matter of seconds. Coupled with this, is a wealth of experience building mobile solutions for public sector organisations; often involved in dealing with large amounts of sensitive data.

The In-Motion suite is broken down into a range of products that covers; Sales, Service and Engineering and Despatch and Proof-of-Delivery solutions:

  •     Momentum (Despatch and Proof Of Delivery) -

Momentum is the latest product to be added to the In-Motion range. In the past, delivery solutions dealt purely with proof-of-delivery tasks and did not link directly with ERP based despatch and delivery notes. Momentum is the first product to allow direct links with field-based order and engineering solutions; such as Velocity and Torsion.

Momentum offers a standard set of delivery solutions including; stock visibility, order-line updates, signature capture and image capture etc. Momentum offers real-time GSM based delivery information and links directly to Velocity (sales) and Torsion (service) solutions to offer a holistic real-time field-force enablement software suite: In-Motion.
