Glass décor and home accoutrement site Home Décor by Lulu has recently opened a customer-friendly blog at http://www.UniqueGlassHomeDecor.com, giving their customers a look at the inner workings of the site and allowing them access to storekeepers and product updates in a more direct manner.

"We would like to put quality information on the blog that will be relevant to our web site and encourage our clients or potential customers to participate and come along on this exciting journey into our home decorating," says store owner Russell Stolz. "For us, as owners of the business, it is very important that we establish personal, friendly, and trustworthy relationships with our clients."

These are lessons Russell has learned from years of retail and wholesale experience. He began with a small retail store eight years ago after a trip to Eastern Europe inspired him to import hand-blown glass to North America. "We always dreamed of taking our products online," he explains. "We think this is a very good way of interacting with different people from around the world. We feel it is the way of the future retail business, and it is like a dream come true to be part of it."

Russell's small retail store has blossomed into a larger wholesaler of fine home décor products, supplying numerous retail stores in Canada and the United States. "For us, it is very important that we handpick each product; the selling is much easier when you know what you are selling," says Russell. "We feel that it is important to be passionate about every style and detail of each item and that we are confident of each product. We are proud to say that in the last eight years, we have never left any customer unsatisfied -- we pride ourselves on our customer service and our dedication to quality."
