J. W. Hulme Company Announces The Frederic Remington Collection, a New Line of Limited Edition Bison Leather Bags and Exclusive Frederic Remington Giclee Prints

An exclusive agreement with the Frederic Remington Art Museum makes new limited edition art available to Remington and western art collectors, some of it in the form of genuine buffalo leather bags.

St. Paul, MN (PRWEB) June 14, 2008 -- J. W. Hulme Company has created a unique new line of soft, supple American bison leather bags that includes a briefcase, portfolio, duffel bag, bottle guard, tote and gun case. New for 2008, the Frederic Remington bags have all the finest details. Each bag is unique and production is limited to 400 of each bag. This is the twelfth collection of J.W. Hulme Company creations which includes handbags, totes, traditional and rolling luggage, as well as a full line of briefcases and matching portfolios.

The USA made Frederic Remington line is 100% full grain bison leather, thus continuing J. W. Hulme's tradition of using only the finest materials that will last a lifetime. In fact, the company guarantees its products for life.

The Frederic Remington line is only the latest example of innovation in bags and styling. Each bag comes with a numbered and authenticated brass plate and a Certificate of Authenticity. The JW Hulme Company uses full grain American Bison Leather. The reproduced 'Broncho Buster' image on each JW Hulme Company exclusive leather case has been embossed under special arrangement with both the Director and Curator of the Frederic Remington Art Museum in Ogdensburg, New York.

In addition, the Frederic Remington Art Museum has granted exclusive license for a collection of giclee prints of Remington's work, which are now available only through the J. W. Hulme Company. The limited edition (250 each) prints include The End of the Day, Hauling in the Gill Net, An Old-Time Plains Fight, The Alert and Buffalo Hunter Spitting a Bullet into a Gun.

Under the watchful eye of the Curator of the Museum, the giclee prints are numbered, authenticated and shipped directly to you from the Frederic Remington Art Museum. Each print includes an authenticity document signed by the Director of the Museum.

Bronze sculpture half-size reproductions of The Rattlesnake, The Mountain Man and The Broncho Buster are also available.

The J. W. Hulme Company's successful formula of providing its craftsmen the finest American made materials bucks the manufacturing trend of outsourcing production of such soft goods. These bags reflect the time and attention to detail as in days of yore when artisans took pride in their creations. The result is quality products worth the premium that they command.

J. W. Hulme Company was founded in 1905 to make canvas tents. Seventy years later the first bag was inspired by an heirloom bag owned by the grand-father of the company's chief designer, Norton Cross. They began manufacturing a line of sporting bags sold under the Gokey and Orvis brands. In 1996 the company dedicated itself to preserving and broadening the luggage collection by designing, producing and branding the line under the J. W. Hulme Company name. Products are sold to devoted customers through retail stores, the J.W. Hulme website and catalogs. Each year has seen new innovations in design and materials while making a statement of traditional elegance.
