With the pain at the gas pump getting worse every day, what would you do to get your boss to help pay for your gas? Employees at already have the answer to that question: turn your car into a mobile billboard for your employer. The locally-focused employment site has long had a popular benefit program for employees who brand their personal vehicle: the company pays a monthly stipend and covers 100% of employee fuel costs- whether personal or business related. Participating employee vehicles are wrapped in a plastic coating with company branded, eye-catching designs; covers all related expenses and adds extra money to employee paychecks for participating.

The first Jobing mobile hit the streets in 2001, when was a staff of only 10 people. The idea came from CEO and Founder, Aaron Matos, who wanted to find a cost-effective, unique way to create awareness for the company within the community. The Jobing mobile concept would do that and create a unique way for employees to earn some extra money. Today, there are 270 employees across the country and 61% of them drive a wrapped vehicle, including the CEO.

"Wherever our employees go, so do the mobile billboards, creating thousands of impressions every day and allowing our employees to be ambassadors of our brand. Most of all, it's a way for to help our employees during a time when many are burdened by the escalating gas prices."

Employees who drive a wrapped vehicle get an additional $500 added to their paycheck every month and picks up the tab for all fuel costs. Most employees are eligible to participate in the wrap program within their first year of employment, depending on performance. requires a good driving record to participate and employees must complete a driving safety class.
