Galingayle, an exclusive lake club and equestrian community on Lake Oconee, continues its early success with a beautiful new sales center in downtown Madison, GA. Surrounded by Madison's popular antique stores, boutiques and restaurants, the Galingayle Sales & Information Center offers visitors a chance to experience the style and character of Lake Oconee's newest waterfront community. The Sales & Information center is now open daily, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from noon until 6 pm.

"The sales center gives us a chance to share the distinctive lifestyle of Galingayle with future residents," explains Blake Jarrett, Director of Sales at Galingayle. Halfway between Madison and Greensboro, Galingayle enjoys nearly two miles of pristine waterfront near the northern end of Lake Oconee. The community's private Lake Club will feature a 90-slip marina and boat docks on the widest part of the lake, offering residents access to the best waterskiing and wakeboarding waters in the area. The Lake Club's grand lakeside Clubhouse will boast a resort-style pool and kids' water park, as well as a private beach, fitness center and open patio. In the heart of the 300-acre property, The Stables at Galingayle will feature a state-of-the-art equestrian facility, with 20-stall barn, riding arena, boarding, leasing, lessons, kids camps and several training and riding programs. An 80-acre fenced riding pasture will surround the Stables, with access to the community's hiking & bridle trails.

With wooded waterfront homesites, multi-acre equestrian estates and a collection of private cottage lots available, the community plan features ownership opportunities for a variety of buyers. The community will be home to approximately 200 families, leaving more than 100 acres of open space and pristine hardwood forests for everyone's enjoyment. Throughout the property, comprehensive architectural guidelines will ensure a consistent style and natural community atmosphere.
