Las Vegas Attorney Randal Shimon Appointed as Arbitrator on AAA Arbitration Roster

About Randal Shimon:
Randal Shimon was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in December 1991. Shimon earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in December 1995. In 1996, Shimon obtained licenses to practice law in two states: Arizona and Nevada. Shimon earned his Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 1998 and was admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1999. Shimon practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, construction and surety law, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/tenant law. He also has experience in products liability, toxic mold, general liability defense and insurance coverage disputes.
