The Prosen Center Receives Red Star Designation from American Institute of Architects

The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System recognizes The Prosen Center for Business Advancement with the prestigious Red Star Award for presentation effectiveness in meeting CES core quality standards.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) June 17, 2008 -- Offering customized leadership and management training programs, Bob Prosen, President and CEO of The Prosen Center for Business Advancement, received a Red Star designation from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education System (CES). The AIA maintains a list of qualified providers that members utilize for continuing education. To be recognized as a Red Star Provider, programs and presentations must meet or exceed quality standards related to "program content; delivery methods; administrative accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness; and their cost to AIA members and other architects" (The American Institute of Architects 2008). Only those meeting the CES core quality standards receive ratings and recommendations from AIA.

In addition to a minimum requisite of three years providing CES activities, The American Institute of Architects utilizes a variety of sources and reports to determine its Red Star ratings and reviews. Working with staff from AIA/CES National, the AIA/CES Record Office at the University of Oklahoma, and members' survey responses, AIA utilizes assessments and reviews from various sources including CES Provider Assessors, Jurors for the AIA/CES Award for Excellence, State Licensing Boards, as well as past and present members of the Continuing Education Quality Assurance Panel (AIA 2008).

"I'm honored to be one of only twenty-eight companies since 2006 to receive a Red Star Provider designation by the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System," said Bob Prosen.
