Dr. Hayes was formerly President of Vivici Marketing, Inc. and Founder/President, CMP, Inc. – Nashville, Tennessee. He also served as President of Leadership Convergence - Plano, TX.
Dr. Hayes has 25 yrs. experience in creative marketing and communications enterprises, strategic operations and leadership development/consulting. Dr. Hayes has worked extensively in the music and entertainment industry in Nashville, leading his own IT-based company through a number of industry shaping initiatives, which led him to an affiliation with CREDITZ Digital Currency and CEO America Inc.
