The site has updated its product catalog, streamlined its presentation, and added a new blog to converse with customers.

"For a long time I'd wanted to do a business, but I'd never been motivated by anything to do it," admits Blanche Howerton, owner and operator of the Hoodia Station site. "I tried this product, and it captured me; I've tried other hoodia products, but when I tried this product it felt good. I was able to start losing weight, and I felt like my metabolism had increased. I had tried several, and I saw this brand and decided that I would try it. It sounded good, and as it turns out, it was better than I'd expected."

The benefits of hoodia were the inspiration for Blanche's move to start a business, but her roots in the subject go much deeper. "I worked in health care for many years, and I wanted something that was healthy and would do what it stated it did," explains Blanche. "I still work in the hospital some."

Blanche is now sharing her experiences with hoodia in her online blog, www.HoodiaBlogSite.com, opening the floor to customers and gaining their feedback. "I'll be using the blog to share information on weight loss and health," she says. "Weight loss is tough -- I should know. I have a back injury, so exercise is very difficult for me. I need something that makes it easier and also makes me feel better while I'm doing it. I tried this, and it makes it easier to be motivated to do what I can. I'm still losing weight at the same time, even with exercise limitations. I want to share those experiences with my customers."

Blanche is truly enthusiastic about her products, and loves sharing that enthusiasm with her customers. "This is a passion with me," she explains. "Every day I get up, and the first thing I do is take my hoodia. Then I'm ready to start the day."
