Power Sports Factory, Inc. announces that as of June 10th, 2008, the Company's parent company name has changed from Purchase Point Media Corporation (OTCBB:PPMC) to Power Sports Factory, Inc. (OTCBB:PSPF). In addition, the company has affected a reverse split of 1 for 20 of its common shares.

According to the Company's CEO, Steven Kempenich, "Over the past 12 months, the Company has worked to provide its shareholders a public vehicle to value its shares. Today, we have successfully completed that process and we are proud to say that we are one of the few public companies in the motorbikes industry."
