A Customized, diesel, cab-over, box truck with a lift gate, the Rat Mobile houses an overblown, 3 ton, lighting package. HMIs, kinos, tungsten, grip, doorway dolly with track, etc. Well organized and fully shelved out, all packages live on wheels and are ready to roll as soon as the gate hits the ground.

Formerly located in Los Angeles for twelve years, Rat Race is now based in Essex CT and is the premier connecticut light and grip rental service. Owner Gerry Polinsky is proud to announce extensive new gear upgrades with equipment from "commercial grade" lighting packages to state of the art "doorway" style DOLLIE with 28' of straight, steel track and two pieces of curved track.
The Rat Mobile, a brand new 14 foot box diesel cab-over Mitsubishi with a 2000 lb lift gate, packed to the seams with state of the art film production and lighting gear, is capable accommodating your next production, small or large. In the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York, Rat Race and the Rat Mobile will make you next shoot a breeze.
