Andrew joins Ceteris after four years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he was in charge of Transfer Pricing for the Americas, successfully managing over U.S. $1 billion in intercompany transactions and defending EDS' transfer pricing policies to tax authorities in numerous countries including the United States and Canada.

Prior to his position at EDS, Andrew spent nearly a decade with a Big 4 firm, holding positions in both the U.S. and Australia, where he directed global intercompany pricing projects for large multinational companies across a host of industries. Andrew was responsible for providing clients with a variety of services including: controversy, advanced pricing agreements, litigation support, planning, and tax effective supply chain restructurings.
