Latitude Assists a Chrysler LLC Military-Support Initiative
Dealer training portal helps military veterans secure employment.

Veterans can access the site through Chrysler LLC.com, the company's corporate site, where they can take free web-based training designed specifically for open dealership positions. Chrysler Academy, which delivers training to dealership personnel, is offering the training to transitioning active duty personnel, their spouses, and military veterans. Each Chrysler Academy web-based course comes with a completion certificate. Courses include selling strategies for sales consultants and managers, product information and operational processes for service and parts staff, and vehicle fundamentals for service technicians.
In addition to the training portal, veterans can access a dedicated employment site, where they can post a resume, search for dealer jobs posted by participating dealers, and apply for those jobs through the site. Any training courses they have taken through the Latitude-developed portal are appended to their online resumes and job submissions. Chrysler product knowledge and training course completions that apply to Chrysler certifications will help make veterans more desirable candidates for open positions at participating Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge dealers.
