Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of California's largest community management companies, has five employees who have recently earned their Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation from the California Association of Community Managers. The CCAM program was developed to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing California community associations. The process entails meeting specific requirements and qualifications, including successful completion of the CACM Core Law and Ethics Courses, as well as a six month minimum experience requirement. Individuals participating in the program enjoy continued personal and professional growth in the industry.

The employees who have received this certification are:

Helen Davis, who has been with Massingham since July, 2005 and works as a community association manager from the Hayward office; Carol Groshong, who has been with Massingham since August, 2006 and works as a community association manager from the Concord branch; Samuel Sandy, who has been with Massingham since April, 2007 and works as a manager-in-training from the Campbell branch; Nicole Rule, who has been with Massingham since February, 2007 and works as an administrative assistant from the Campbell branch.
