According to the feature, Virginia Pierce, the owner of Mrs. V's Learning Center was surrounded with family, friends and supporters to watch as Dublin's Mayor Pro Term Matt Hatchett cut the ribbon and welcome Pierce's new ownership and venture to Dublin.
