Tactical Products Group awarded $15,000 sling contract for US Army 10th Special Forces Group

Delray Beach, FL (PRWEB) June 29, 2008 -- Tactical Products Group, or TPG, announced today that the company was awarded a sling contract for the US Army. The award was received from Fort Carson, Colorado which is home to the US Army 10th Special Forces Group.

The initial order is for 500 single point slings for a total cost of $15,450. The company expects that the sling will be well received by the Army, resulting in follow-up orders for much larger quantities.
