All Charges Dismissed Says Harvey Steinberg Against His Client Lloyd Claycomb; Lloyd Claycomb Pleased the Justice System Works

Lloyd Claycomb announces all charges dropped.

Denver, Colorado June 27th, 2008 -- SPRINGER & STEINBERG attorneys at law announce today that all charges against their client Lloyd Claycomb has been dismissed and the pending case has been closed. No charges can or will be further charged against our client Mr. Lloyd Claycomb. Our position remains the same, he and his wife were followed, approached and attacked by the alleged victim whereby Mr. Claycomb properly defended his property and wife from this vicious attack. Mr. Claycomb absolutely denies any wrong doing but was simply acting in self defense at all times. The evidence clearly showed that the alleged victim admitted following the Claycombs about a mile beyond his destination in an attempt to advise them they had made an illegal pass. He got out of his vehicle and approached the Claycombs who remained in their car. The evidence demostrated that Mr. Claycomb acted in self-defense. The case has been completely discharged and dismissed by the district attorney. Mr. Claycomb says " he is glad for the decision and hopes the attacker will think twice before perpetrating another attack on someone else."

Harvey Steinberg, Esq
