TK is an open kitchen focusing on "botanas," or snacks, but goes far beyond that. Botanas are what you get in a cantina in Mexico while stopping in for a drink. The staff will continually bring guests delicious homemade things to snack on, while they choose from the variety of the 100 percent agave tequila drinks and mixes.

Some of the signature drinks at the Tequila Kitchen are the Tequila Cosmo, El Diablo, Tequini, Acapulco, TK Mojito, Paloma and the TK Ceasar, which are great alone, with a meal, or with one of the botanas.

Tequila Kitchen was a concept dreamed of by owner Laura Enriquez. Vancouver has a big ethnic diversity, but there seemed to be lacking some authentic Mexican food.
