Today Gaskin uses a mixture of traditional and modern equipment to maintain the quality and craftsmanship whilst meeting today's shorter deadlines. Gaskin's plant includes high-speed, five-axis milling equipment, and EDM machinery.
The facility is equipped to produce complex tools weighing up to 5 tonnes for plastic injection, LSR, carbon fibre and die casting.
Gaskin's customer base covers industries including Automotive, Medical, Baby Care and Electronics including Tier 1 suppliers, OEM's and major Trade Moulders.
Gaskin's quality system is designed to operate to and comply with BS EN ISO 9001. The company operates a very comprehensive Design Department using 5 seats of CATIA, along with Delcam Powershape and Auto Cad support.
