TZ.Com announces a new program to help its guests travel zippy on the Internet and the real world.
Parker, CO (PRWEB) June 1, 2008 -- The Commerce Company is pleased to announce a new service for its premier TZ.Com - Travel Zippy web portal as well as its new "Thanks Each Million" program to reward one lucky TZ.Com traveler and two charities.
The company released today that it is offering both web and mobile users a way to "Travel Zippy" to both classic travel destinations and Internet destinations through TZ.Com.
Alan Maitland, company President says, "We're pleased to be able to offer a real value added service to people to allow them to be able to travel to different web destinations from both their wired and wireless devices." He went on to explain, "For too long people have had to try to remember long web addresses and they have had no way to easily get those addresses on their mobile devices. We think that having a single point you can get to quickly and where you can manage links for all your devices is powerful."
TZ.Com operates in over 7 languages with offline travel services and reservations being powered by the people of TPN/Sabre - a premier name in Internet travel.
Each time a guest reserves travel at TZ.Com they will receive a one year credit for the service, though new users who do not travel with us may also visit TZ.Com and sign up for the service for $1 per month or only $10 per year.
To celebrate the service, the company contemporaneously announced its "Thanks Each Million" program today, where the company plans to give away $1 million dollars for each million transactions the company processes.
"Thanks Each Million" rewards one randomly drawn guest who has reserved and completed travel with TZ.Com with $500,000 with the balance being split between the person who referred the winner to TZ.Com (who will get $100,000) as well as two TZ.Com approved charities who will get $200,000 each). Should the wining traveler not have been referred to TZ.Com, the approved charities will then split the entire $500,000, receiving $250,000 each.
The winner will select one of the approved charities and the other charity will be the most popular approved charity among all the travelers at TZ.Com. In order to ensure maximum distribution to charties, the most popular member selected approved charity will only get one distribution each year, meaning that as the company completes another million transactions, the next most popular member selected approved charity will get the next distribution within that year and so on.
Maitland says, "We rather liked the Thanks Each Million idea, because it appeals to two very powerful emotions, avarice (greed) and benevolence (charity). We're pleased to announce today that people who travel with TZ.Com and people who sign up for the new service are both eligable for the drawing." He Added, "We are also including those people who reserved with us since our Sept 2007 relaunch, though friends and family who book through us are not eligible."

Since Thanks Each Million is metered on completed transactions, each time a person completes travel with us, they are registered again in the current million transactions."
