Janice Holt, CPA and Founder of CIS, and Brian Terrell, CPA and President of Terrell & Terrell, negotiated the agreement.
Both CIS and Terrell & Terrell specialize in Sage Accpac ERP and Sage CRM. CIS has been a Sage Business Partner since 1994 and Terrell & Terrell since 1992.
