The product development team has focused on the criticality of optimizing the IP Telephony deployment and ongoing management process by continuously evolving its integrated voice service management solutions which include automated testing, performance management, configuration management and businesses intelligence. Prior to joining Clarus Systems, Helen Robison held many positions with Cisco Systems where she was most recently a Product Manager for TelePresence Systems Marketing in the TelePresence BU. Ms. Robison is highly skilled in putting together complex end-to-end solutions, for Service Providers with multi-media IP, PSTN SS7 and ISDN, and Next-generation IMS/TISPAN networks. In addition, Ms. Robison, a graduate of Stanford University, has written thought leadership articles on a variety of telecom topics, spoken at premier industry forums, received awards for her work at Cisco, and played a pivotal role in being granted a patent on idle detection for answer supervision.
