Performance marketing agency Red Bricks Media has joined the growing roster of Internet companies and organizations presenting events during the first-ever Internet Week New York.
Celebrating the city's thriving Internet industry with exhibitions, conferences, panels, concerts, screenings, and parties, Internet Week New York is a citywide festival taking place from June 3rd to June 10th, 2008. It is organized by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS), in cooperation with the Mayor's Office of Film, Theater and Broadcasting.
On Wednesday, June 4th, Red Bricks Media will host a panel featuring senior executives from the music, publishing, television, film and theatre industries. Topics for discussion include new emerging online marketing channels, leveraging social media, and aligning digital and traditional business models. It will be one of dozens of events held throughout the city by companies such as Comedy Central, Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, The Onion, CondéNet, Flavorpill, and PaidContent. Other confirmed events include a Billboard.com New Music Showcase, the first East Coast edition of the Conversational Marketing Summit, and the 2008 Advertising 2.0 Conference.
