www.IndividualSafety.com adds instruction and information to their self-defense store with a new blog, helping their customers learn how best to defend themselves.

"Mainly we'd like to use the blog as a tool where people can find out about new products in the self-defense market, and the laws pertaining to the items," explains Jerry, head of the father-son business duo. Self-defense was of interest to us because it seems to be a target-rich environment

We've seen the articles and news reports about crime, and we live in a university town where we honestly believe it'd be nice if every girl carried pepper spray to protect herself, but these items are hard to find in stores.

Quality is number one -- we feel that we have picked out the best items available

There's so much out there that we've decided to limit our site to certain areas. We're looking at breaking that down further into three different sites, all dealing with self-defense. We've just updated the store with some new tasers and stun guns, and some new Wildfire pepper spray, all top-of-the-line items.

Seeing that need led to filling that need with the opening of www.IndividualSafety.com, but the blog fills in that important gap between purchasing the products and understanding the products. With their new blog, that information is made accessible to anyone who visits the store, expanding on product descriptions and giving a more rounded picture about an item's use and function.
