Our lawyer's arguments centre around whether the ancillary advertising of a WSOP seat as a prize is 'encouraging' an increase in the use of WSOP facilities as the real driver is encouraging play on the EEA based poker site.
However, Ladbrokes can advertise foreign gambling (e.g. WSOP) to Non-UK offline media's as we are official partners with Harrah's for this year's WSOP's in July.
