Weston previously served as Managing Director, Financial Solutions for Hudson Consulting in Dallas, Texas and headed up Business Development for their Southwest region. Prior to that, Weston was the Director, Channel Alliance-Insurance for ADP where he delivered significant channel growth through expert management of the company's largest territory, encompassing 15 states and was responsible for directing 289 quota carriers and 15 sales managers.
