We've literally removed the monkey in the middle. There's no need to manage your management network anymore - with Jaguar you completely eliminate the need for redundant tools, frameworks, and a huge monitoring infrastructure. As far as ROI, just the money saved in hardware and electricity alone pays for it in the first couple months!
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) June 4, 2008
ByteSphere announced today that it can now take real-time trap information from the OidView Trap Manger Service (TMS) and Fault management solution and have it turned into events, correlated and reported by the "Green-IT" JaguarSX performance monitoring system.
OidView TMS is used by IT managers to keep tabs on real-time events happening in the network. JaguarSX can be used to discover, monitor, manage, and report on assets in the IT environment, as well as correlate data provided by real-time events in the network (coming in the form of crossed thresholds, exceptions, or traps). JaguarSX can analyze trends from collected data, both historical and real-time. Frameworks with these capabilities are often cost prohibitive for an organization.
Now with JaguarSX, service providers, enterprises, and even SMBs can simplify their management infrastructure by reducing the number of tools used. "Now with the integration of comprehensive availability, uptime, performance and fault management all in one platform, Jaguar provides the smallest footprint and lowest TCO of all the monitoring frameworks available today" says Nick Saparoff, ByteSphere's president and CEO.
