We're focusing on going sideways with our themes right now
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 4, 2008
Within 45 days of first appearing on mywaves.com, a top mobile community site, LuvDarts is outperforming 99% of major brands in terms of subscriptions per views. This marks an important milestone in the evolution of LuvDarts as "new school" greeting cards with the added ingredients of music and mobility. The LuvDart concept is one that allows other brands to help create and market their own brand of LuvDarts. In this scenario a LuvDart is co-branded as it circulates throughout the mobile community. LuvDarts also offer a Personal Luvdart where a user generated message and image/video are made into Luvdarts.
LuvDarts are a new form of video messaging that can be sent mobile to mobile or via email. Themes are produced similar to greeting cards, custom messages are added to match the themes and then background music tracks are added. LuvDarts manufactures and/or licenses the musical tracks used in the content.
"We're focusing on going sideways with our themes right now," said Max Davis, creator of LuvDarts from their Woodland Hills, California studio. "Mobile flirts are hot right now and we've already produced a few hundred message versions. The standard birthday messages have already went sideways in the hundreds and we are currently building our business and corporate theme lines. The interesting thing about the business and corporate lines is our research shows an employee is uplifted much more when they receive a mobile LuvDart from their employer or boss than a normal greeting card. I think the music the "giver" chooses makes a big difference. That's why we put a wide variety of genre choices with each message. You may like a particular text message for two different people's birthday but if one was your friend and one was your boss you could also choose the type of music they might like with that exact same message."
Glenn Clarke, a lead producer with LuvDarts and also responsible for the voiceovers heard in many of the LuvDart trailers circulating on the Internet said, "I can't think of anything I'd rather be doing than making these Luvdarts that will soon be circulating throughout the mobile community and the world. This gives a whole new meaning to spreading a little love around."
When asked about that comment Max said, "That's funny, when he said that I pictured him frolicking around flinging flowers everywhere he went. But I gotta say, it really is a lot of fun producing this type of content. The combinations are limitless and this is short sweet content that's perfect for the mobile community!"
Ashley Danielle of A.Danielle Co., a California talent agent, conducted the interviews in Woodland Hills, California.
