"As ESPN expands its staff of over 5,000 employees, we recognize that we need a communications partner to help assess, develop and drive employee engagement," said John McCloskey, Senior Director, Internal Communications. "Trident brings ideas and approaches that match our employees' expectations and that will help us inform, focus and motivate our employees around our key initiatives."

ESPN, based in Bristol, Connecticut, maintains communications hubs in the US and major cities around the globe from which it provides content that is viewed in over 190 countries. "Trident offers ESPN a broad array of online and traditional internal communication services to help us develop a comprehensive employee communications program," added McCloskey, pointing out that 70 to 80 percent of the staff is under the age of 30. "They expect communication from senior management, and they want to be able to respond."
