New York State approves final water operating permits for Bemus Bay Condominiums scheduled for occupancy by July 31.

Bemus Point, NY (PRWEB) July 3, 2008 -- Final operating permits have been issued to the developer of the Bemus Bay condominiums for installation of the water system that will serve the 40 new homes located along Chautauqua Lake's shoreline.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation recently notified Bemus Point Investments LLC of its approval for the two 400 feet deep-aquifer water wells that will supply the condominiums with an average of 7,440 gallons per day, the installation of two non-pressurized dry (fire) hydrants in Chautauqua Lake and the replacement of an existing 12" storm water outfall pipe with one having an 18" diameter.
