HomeServe continue to launch new Cover products that allow consumers to tailor their options, from Single types of Cover to bundled packages.

On the 16 June 2008, HomeServe, one of the UK's leading national home emergency services, launched a consumer brand for the first time in the Company's fifteen year history.

The rebrand includes a complete overhaul of their website in response to increased consumer demand for sourcing and booking tradesmen on the Internet. From tree surgeons to emergency CORGI heating engineers, the new site allows customers to book a job for a morning, afternoon or evening slot and pay for it online through a simplified shopping basket process.

Customers can also buy home emergency policies online to protect against unforeseen home breakdowns. HomeServe continue to launch new Cover products that allow consumers to tailor their options, from Single types of Cover to bundled packages.

The new website also offers a useful Advice section with DIY troubleshooting and problem solving information. This includes a series of easy to use, downloadable DIY videos designed to guide consumers through maintenance and repair tasks such as unblocking a sink, fixing squeaky floorboards and hanging a door. In response to the growing consumer appetite to become more 'green', the new website also provides guidance on making homes more eco-friendly.
