HAMLAT can deliver all types of Haj & Umra programs worldwide and convert them to be bookable programs.

eIgnite Inc, the Saudi's eBusiness specialists and consultants, launched a brand new customer-focused, interactive website for HAMLAT services this month. The site, HAMLAT, is designed in direct response to eIgnite's research into what Haj & Umra business really wants.

eIgnite General Manager Ahmad Al-Amer says, "At HAMLAT we have always taken customer care very seriously, talking and listening to our customers and taking their views on board. Over the last year we have conducted a series of informal research programs and the results have influenced the new website design and content."

"Our global customers fall into two parts: one part is the Haj & Umra services providers worldwide - Partners, the other part is the regular visitors - pilgrims, those who seek the Haj & Umra programs provided by our partners," says Ahmad Al-Amer. "Our partners fill HAMLAT with their complete and detailed Haj/Umra programs in order for the pilgrims to search HAMLAT and book ONLINE what might suit them."

HAMLAT has one portal dedicated for the partners to allow them administer their programs, rooms, accommodations, policies and profile. Also, the visitors who have booked a program in HAMLAT can manage their booking by another dedicated portal for them called MyBooking.

The new website, being interactive, user-friendly and secured, has a very powerful search engine that helps the visitors to search for their specific program in the desired city specifying the routing type to be either Haj, Umra or both.

HAMLAT has brought all Haj and Umra programs to be available online and bookable as well with competitive rates that can not be found outside HAMLAT.

Ahmad Al-Amer added, "Our goal is to help both partners and pilgrims to communicate in a modern and effective way; therefore we invite all Haj and Umra services providers around the world to join us and offer their services to our clients online via HAMLAT."
