AspireHR, an industry leader in SAP HCM software and consulting, has announced that it is launching a new survey program designed to explore the reporting needs of the SAP HR community.

The launch of the survey program was announced by Brian Collett, the firm’s Partner, Software Solutions.

“This survey is an opportunity for the SAP HR community to provide the industry with a roadmap of the most desirable improvements to SAP HR reporting,” said Collett. “It is widely recognized that there are gaps between what SAP HR delivers in the reporting area and what the users really want. This is evident from the fact that customers continue to develop custom reports. We believe that by quantifying these needs and identifying the information most valuable to the end user, that we will provide valuable feedback to the SAP industry and identify ways to improve the SAP HR reporting system for all SAP customers.”

As the largest SAP partner focused exclusively on the needs of the HR marketplace, AspireHR has revolutionized the SAP HR industry with packaged software solutions tailored for the client’s specific needs. Consequently, the company has an in-depth knowledge of the SAP HCM system and frequently assists customers in fulfilling their HR reporting needs.

The survey will be distributed to individuals at all levels of the SAP HR user community, including anyone in an organization who would be responsible for generating, utilizing, or evaluating reports.

“As a leader in the industry, we want to share our expertise and experience in this area. Our goal is to utilize the information gathered through this survey to develop a broader picture of the reporting needs of the SAP HCM community,” said Collett. “We will publish the results of the survey and share this information with the industry. We anticipate that the survey will generate some valuable data and enable us to identify and define improvements that would be universally beneficial to everyone in the SAP HCM community.”

The survey will be the first in a series for AspireHR, according to Collett. He and his team plan to explore other areas of SAP HCM in future surveys.
