Although the entity had outsourced their benefit administration long ago, they were interested in improving quality and obtaining greater breadth of service. Empyrean's in-depth knowledge and experience with health and welfare administrative process, combined with a state-of-the-art technology platform enabled Empyrean to offer an extremely broad service delivery model at a fraction of the cost charged by traditional suppliers of top-tier services.
