Executive Coaches Launch 'Great Leadership Stories' Podcast Series Today
Interview with Ron Baldwin, former president of Bank One Retail Delivery Group, focuses on a behind-the-scenes story of great leadership during bank mega-merger.
Chicago, IL and Palm Springs, CA (PRWEB) July 15, 2008 -- Catapult Leadership Communications and Leadership Unleashed announced today they have launched "Great Leadership Stories," an invitation-only series of podcast interviews with distinguished business leaders. Participating executives are asked to choose the single most impactful leadership story of their career, with the intention passing on their own lessons-learned to others. The series is free of charge.
Drew Suss, of Catapult, based in Chicago, who co-created Great Leadership Stories, said today, "Ron Baldwin's story shows courage at a time of great change, during one of the most formidable banking integrations in our history. Ron gives our listeners an insider's view, which provides important insights for all of us."
"During these particularly tough times, there's nothing like a story that teaches us how to be better leaders--through the lens of an executive's own peak experiences," said David Peck, co-creator of Great Leadership Stories, who runs Leadership Unleashed, an executive coaching firm based in Palm Springs, California.

Elinor MacKinnon, Chief Information Officer of Blue Shield of California, will tell the next story, covering the sensitive topic of restructuring, and its impact on people, due out in August.
Participants are not paid for this series, as they are asked to share ideas freely and inspire others to make the world a better place.
