SpeechTrack users can use the service in three different ways; they can record outbound calls, inbound calls, or use the service for simple dictation. SpeechTrack users are given a User Id and a PIN number for secure sign in when they dial the SpeechTrack number. After they sign in they are asked to choose between two options, they can have the SpeechTrack system dial the number they want to connect to, and immediately start recording, or they can choose for the SpeechTrack system to not dial out and simply just start recording. This last option allows users to use SpeechTrack for dictation or they can bridge in an inbound call and record it as a three-way call. "We are looking at future implementations of this service where we will be able to record inbound calls without having to bridge our system in first." Adds Jim Stockert, "Right now though we feel the service is pretty solid as it is and can offer a lot. As we add more options in the future we will only make SpeechTrack stronger."
The SpeechTrack service also offers the lowest hosted call recording self service pricing in the industry today. Monthly membership is $2.99 and recording is $0.10 a minute.
