We're very excited by this addition to their website
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) July 28, 2008
Discovery Channel Canada, the country's leading source for factual programming has added a new blog feature to their website http://www.discoverychannel.ca. Focusing on Space, the blog will be a resource for both students and curiosity seekers alike, and will offer a wealth of information on all things space related.
"We're very excited by this addition to their website," says Jeff Quipp, CEO, Search Engine People. "We feel that in working with Discovery Channel to develop this blog, we've created a great educational tool that will be accessible to everyone. In addition, the blog will be a great way of appealing to kids as it's offered to them on a technology they understand, and will have cool, interesting images that will help get them excited about learning."
Always striving to be innovative and instructive, the addition of the Space blog is the first of six that Discovery Channel Canada has planned. In the coming weeks, Discovery will add a blog each about Technology, Science, History, Animals and Dinosaurs.
"Breaking the blogs down into individual categories made perfect sense for search purposes," says Quipp. "We want our readers who are curious about Space to be able to find everything they need on Space in one specific area, and not have to go searching for it through categories they might not be as interested in. Plus, having all that information compiled in one area will ensure students can count on Discovery Channel Canada being an up-to-date and thorough resource."
