The two-night "Gourmet Golf Package" is $219 per person, double occupancy. Dinners are prepared by Executive Chef Ernest Bledsoe, who trained along side celebrity Chef Oliver Saucy at Cafe Maxx, a prestigious 4-star restaurant in Pompano Beach, Fla. In November, he competed with more than 25 chefs to win the top honor of "The People's Choice Award." He was also named "Grand Champion" at a competition of Southeastern chefs.
