Ultralingua Unveils Multilingual Dictionaries for iPhone and iPod touch on New Apple App Store

Ultralingua announces new multilingual dictionaries designed for Apple iPhone and iPod touch, now available from the new Apple App Store. Ultralingua dictionaries are available for English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German.

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) July 17, 2008 -- Ultralingua today announced new multilingual dictionaries designed for Apple iPhone and iPod touch, now available from the new Apple App Store. Ultralingua dictionaries are available for English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German.

"Ultralingua is thrilled to introduce native versions of our world-class dictionaries for iPhone and iPod touch," said Dave McConnell, Ultralingua's general manager. "Whether you're traveling or just learning a language, you can instantly view definitions and translations in a variety of languages, conjugate verbs in any tense, and translate numbers to text."

Ultralingua for iPhone offers rich, collegiate-level dictionaries, including slang, technical terms, idiomatic expressions and more. Tapping on any word in definitions or translations allows easy access to reverse translations, verb conjugations, or Google searches for usage examples. Moreover, Ultralingua automatically recognizes inflected forms (such as conjugated verbs) and displays verb conjugations for a variety of languages in any tense.

Each Ultralingua dictionary costs $19.99 each and are available now from Apple's App Store on iPhone and iPod touch, and at www.itunes.com/appstore/.
