Former Barbarian Prefers Jumpsuit Over Leather Skirts

With over 35 years experience, an unconventional technique and a best selling book, this "fitness adventurer" isn't afraid to shake things up.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 17, 2008 -- It has been ten years since his muscular physique was seen around the world on a weekly basis. Back then he was a series regular on the short-lived television show, "Conan", where he wore a micro leather skirt and allowed his fists to do all the talking. Even he admits that some things are best left in the past.

Today he has re-emerged in a custom cut jumpsuit, as a "fitness adventurer" and author of the unconventional workout book, "Killing the Caveman". His hyper-motivational delivery is sending shockwaves through the exercise world, with a personality that could best be described as a caffeinated mixture of Jack Lalanne and the Croc Hunter.

His dynamic return to the public eye appeals straight to the heart of the genetically average individual. Often ridiculed as a child for his narrow shoulders and wide hips, he passionately shares the unconventional "tricks and techniques" he discovered, which enabled him to overcome his personal genetic dilemma, and build a physique that many told him was impossible. His personal quest for answers took him on a 35 year odyssey into the fringe mentality of fitness, where he was pushed, pulled, poked, prodded, and even electrocuted on a few occasions. Hence the term "fitness adventurer".

His off-the-wall enthusiasm and natural physical development are designed to make people feel like they are capable of virtually anything. "My goal is to get people energized enough to get the results they deserve," Robert says. "Once they see what is possible, they become unstoppable, and that is an incredible thing to experience."

With every media interview and training seminar, he isn't planning on just shaking the fitness tree, he intends to take a chainsaw to it. Call him goofy, hyper, intense or even crazy, his low-cut jumpsuits and high-octane antics come from a place of deep sincerity, and make for one memorable character. Give him only a few minutes and he boldly claims that he can improve the way 90% of the people workout by making some simple adjustments. There are even a few things one can do to improve their appearance in a matter of seconds!

"Just keep one thing in mind," He states with a confident wink, "It's called a workout, not an easyout."
