Will Draw For House
A 37 year old artist/ entrepreneur is hoping to draw his way in to home ownership for himself and his family by drawing portraits.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 18, 2008 -- Jim Love, a graphic designer from Philadelphia, PA - USA set up willdrawforhouse.com after thinking of ways to put down payment on a house for himself, his wife and 5 year old daughter.
His plans are to move and purchase a home in Wisconsin where he once lived and has another daughter by a previous relationship. Love comments, " I really wanted both of my daughters to grow up together and Wisconsin is a great place to raise a family."
Asked how many portraits he will draw, Love says he plans to draw from 5,000 to 10,000 portraits for $25 - $40 USD a portrait to help with the down payment and the moving expenses and to hopefully set a new world record in the process for Most Portraits Drawn.
To help with the promotion of his endeavor he is also setting up tables at local flea markets to except photos and payment along with selling t-shirts with his cardboard looking logo on them.
He believes that the website will additionally help promote those who receive a drawn portrait. "For every portrait I draw I will post it in the portrait gallery on the homepage of willdrawforhouse.com and each portrait image will have a link to that person's personal or business website (if they have one) for their own promotions, " Love explained.
