MainStreet Lender, a national, direct non-bank PLP lender is pleased to announce expansion into two new markets with the addition of Adrienne Sipe, Vice President and Business Development Officer out of Atlanta, GA, and Steven Young, Vice President and Business Development Officer out of Indianapolis, IN.
Adrienne Sipe now joins MainStreet Lender as a Vice President and Business Development Officer with over 14 years of experience in SBA and commercial lending. Since 2003, Adrienne has owned and operated SBA Solutions LLC, providing SBA packaging, processing and closing services for community banks, as well as offering training courses on SBA lending. As the founder of Meridian Financial LLC, Sipe operated as a correspondent lender for commercial real estate loans, closing over $16mm in loans within the first year of business. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Lender's Quality Circle, a non-profit organization supporting SBA lenders in the state of Georgia.
Steven Young's career in finance and lending spans over 20 years, most recently as the owner and President of Midwest Capital Corporation, one of the most active SBA 504 lenders in central Indiana. At Midwest Capital Corporation, Steve provided consulting services for community banks, enabling them to compete with larger regional lenders in the small business loan market, as well as originating and brokering conventional and SBA 504 real estate loans. Prior to founding Midwest Capital Corporation, Steve managed and led assorted lending organizations including First Union Small Business Capital, Business Loan Center, AT &T Capital Corporation, and Huntington National Bank.
