Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) July 21, 2008 -- Cenegenics® Medical Institute, the world's largest age management practice, announced the opening of its fifth center, Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth. Drs. Rex Anderson and Paul Thompson---Cenegenics physician affiliates who had added age management to their existing practices---partnered with Cenegenics to co-head a full-time age management medicine center, one of several the global leader is launching over 2008-2009.

Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth will meet the demands of the health-conscious Metroplex area with customized programs for youthful aging, which continue to capture global media attention, such as 60 Minutes, Nightline, 20/20 and GQ. The proactive Cenegenics approach uses comprehensive evaluation and science-based protocols to place patients in the lowest possible risk category for disease, thereby extending their health span. A recognized leading authority in age management, Cenegenics says their 15,000 patients worldwide often report experiencing a new definition of aging and the vitality of someone years younger. Cenegenics centers include Las Vegas, NV (headquarters); Charleston, SC; Boca Raton, FL; Bloomington, IN; and now, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.

"We're delighted to partner with both Dr. Rex Anderson and Dr. Paul Thompson to build a progressive-edge Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth center, " Cenegenics CEO/Cofounder John E. Adams said. "The demographic growth in the area is incredible, in terms of people looking to live well longer---a market we absolutely must be in. Cenegenics believes this center will be tremendously successful and an excellent addition to other services and organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area."

Currently, Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth has two interim offices for patients to choose from:
(1) Anderson's Dallas age-management medical office, southeast of the Highland Park area in Turtle Creek Center
(2) Thompson's in southwest Fort Worth, within the Hawkins Business Park

At the beginning of 2009, the two will combine into a single center, which will be centrally located in the Las Colinas area, between Dallas and Fort Worth with proximity to the DFW airport.

Anderson earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and spent 30 years in neurological practice. Realizing the best treatment for acute neurological and chronic degenerative diseases was prevention, he established the NeuroMedical Institute for Age Management in Dallas, was trained/certified in age management medicine via the Cenegenics physician program and became a Cenegenics physician affiliate.

"Good health looks good and feels good, which resonates with the people residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, who are concerned with appearance and health. By partnering with Dr. Thompson, we will be able to offer more to patients seeking a healthy approach to aging while we continually expand on ideas, keeping our team in sync with the latest developments in our field," Anderson said.

Thompson is a board-certified urologist and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Medical School and had a private urology practice in Missouri for 19 years. He also was Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at Southeast Missouri Hospital, where he headed their Credential Committee. After experiencing the Cenegenics program benefits firsthand, he became trained/certified in the field and a Cenegenics physician affiliate.

"This joint venture is a phenomenal opportunity where two physicians with diverse medical backgrounds---one in internal medicine, one in surgica---can deliver far-encompassing age management medicine. And to further ensure the highest efficiency at the center, Dr. Anderson and I are focusing on different areas of the operation as we work together to build a large, high-quality medical team, dedicated to medical excellence," Thompson said.
