To kick off the new relationship, The Institute conducted training sessions in Toronto (ON) and in Vancouver (BC) in early July exclusively for Royal LePage agents.

Royal LePage Real Estate Services, Canada’s leading provider of franchise services to residential real estate brokerages, together with Carriage Trade, Royal LePage’s prestigious luxury home marketing program, has announced a new relationship with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The Institute’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation will be the designation of choice for Royal LePage agents who specialize in selling high-end properties. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the largest training and research organization serving luxury real estate sales professionals internationally.

Real estate professionals from around Canada traveled to Toronto (ON) and Vancouver (BC) in early July to attend The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s two-day training programs customized for Royal LePage agents. The training is the first step in earning The Institute’s CLHMS designation and results in Institute membership.

The two-day Canadian version of the course includes information on luxury residential trends and the demographics of Canadian luxury buyers and sellers, identifies the special competencies required to serve Canada’s affluent, and offers exclusive research information on how to target and best serve the Canadian luxury home buyer and seller.
