Gary C. Robb Speaks On Aviation Litigation at Annual Convention
American Association for Justice (AAJ) Annual Convention Held This Month
Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) July 22, 2008 -- Missouri aviation attorney Gary C. Robb spoke on the topic of "pre-impact terror in aviation crash cases" at the annual convention of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), which was held this week in Philadelphia. The Association is the world's largest trial lawyer's bar association, with over 50,000 members worldwide. Mr. Robb's speech was presented by the Aviation Law Section.
Mr. Robb's victories as a successful helicopter and plane crash attorney include a $350 million dollar verdict in a helicopter crash case (Barnett v. La Societe Anonyme Turbomeca France, 963 S.W.2d 639 (Mo. App. 1997)), a United States record for a single wrongful death in an aviation case. Mr. Robb is the Immediate Past Chair of the Aviation Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He is also past-president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorney's (MATA).
