Steven M. Kendus, Delaware native and author of "Hunting the First State: A Guide to Delaware Hunting", is conducting a public lecture on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.

Steven M. Kendus, Delaware native and author of "Hunting the First State: A Guide to Delaware Hunting", is conducting a public lecture on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.

As part of Prime Hook's "An Evening at The Hook" lecture series, Steven M. Kendus will discuss Delaware hunting-related topics from his book. The free lecture, to be held at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters, begins at 7:00 PM, with light refreshments at 6:30 PM. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

"Speaking to fellow hunters at Prime Hook is a superb way to kick off the 2008-2009 Delaware hunting season," states Kendus. "Rather than conducting a boring 'How To' session, I plan to engage the audience by offering some useful and fun insight into Delaware hunting."

"Hunting the First State: A Guide to Delaware Hunting" provides an in-depth look at hunting in Delaware and the surrounding region. Author and Delaware native Steven M. Steven M. Kendus is a lifelong Delaware resident and avid outdoorsman dedicated to preserving hunting opportunities, lands, and traditions. He is a professional author, technical writer, and marketer, and has had various technical books and articles published.
