Jerry has over 30 years of experience in human resources and organization development working with senior management at some of the best recognized Fortune 500 global companies. Jerry was most recently Director of Global Employee Surveys at Citigroup.
Jerry has directed global employee engagement surveys, manager feedback surveys and special focus surveys (for example, communications, employment brand, customer focus, and performance management) for hundreds of thousands of employees in a variety of languages. His global experience combined with Foresight's technology and customer base will combine to be a powerful force in the industry.
In addition to the design, delivery and interpretation of survey results (engagement drivers and attrition drivers), Jerry has provided consultation to aid business HR groups with survey communication, feedback and action planning. His cross industry experience includes: financial, manufacturing, banking and technology.

He is also co-founder of the Attrition Retention Consortium, which is a group of large companies sharing turnover data and retention best practices.
